cat /usr/mdec/bootfd and /usr/mdec/fdboot (smaller file first) to /dev/rfd?a
for 5.25 in floppies.

goto /sys/(i386/ ?)stand and compile the fdboot and bootfd there to get the
versions for a 3.5 in floppy
