Apparently your geometry was correct when you did the 2.1 install, then when you upgraded it you didn't change any of that. It's only when you reinstalled from scratch that (I'm guessing) you deleted and recreated the FreeBSD partition somewhere slightly differently. > The second issue that I have ran into is using sysinstall.
