It depends on what you define as 'good'. Do you mean lightning performance, or ease of installation, or responsive tech support, cross-OS compatibility, or excellent drivers? I usually recommend the #9 cards in various flavors, but mostly because I like ease of installation, cross-OS compatibility, and price. I am willing to give up a 5-10% difference in performance in favor of the above factors.
