The BSD/OS bha driver won't detect anything above ID 7 on wide SCSI cards. As you told me on the phone, your controller was at 14 and your drives were at 9 and 10. Move 'em all down and things should work. My bha driver changes (that didn't make it into BSD/OS 2.1 for some reason) are being reworked to support the extra ID's on wide mode. I'll post an announcement when they're ready (probably a few months).
