Both knews and xrn can do this. I don't know about knews, but since I maintain XRN, I can tell you where to get it :-). The current production release is available from <URL:ftp://ftp.cam.ov.com/pub/xrn/xrn.tgz>. The current beta release is available from <URL:ftp://ftp.cam.ov.com/pub/xrn/beta.tgz>. I don't distribute a binary XRN release for FreeBSD, only for Linux, so I guess you'll just have to compile it. It really isn't hard to compile, though.
