Date: 21 Jun 1996 22:10:28 GMT Organization: Mead Data Central, Dayton OH Lines: 27 Message-ID: <4qf6kk$8o@mailgate.lexis-nexis.com> NNTP-Posting-Host: ant.lexis-nexis.com I've been trying to get a HP C1533 DAT drive working with BSDI 2.0.1 on an Adaptec 1522 board. The drive is not seen at all during the boot; I get: ... sa0 at isa0 iobase 0x340 irq 11, initiator id 7 sa0: delaying to permit certain devices to finish self-test [tg something-or-other should be here] pci configuration mechanism 1 ... Are these drives supported under 2.0.1, or are we going to have to upgrade to 2.1? If these drives aren't supported under vanilla 2.0.1, is there a device driver available that I could use without having to upgrade to 2.1? Sorry in advance if this is a completely stupid question.
