What you are trying to do is called host name hiding (so you can send
mail to <user@dom.ain> instead of <user@host.dom.ain>).  For this to
work you need to tell sendmail on the very host the domain MX is set
to, that it is supposed to accept mail no only for itself, but for the
domain, too.

On nuts.test.com put the following line into sendmail.cf

Cwtest.com

then restart sendmail.
