It's not shared, it's the same.  IRQ 2 is eaten by the slave PIC, and
the line that formerly was IRQ 2 on the bus is redirected to IRQ 9
(i.e. the second IRQ line on the slave PIC, where it used to be the
second one on the one-and-only PIC in the pre-AT machines).
