(Ottawa) X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] Date: Sun, 23 Jun 1996 22:16:39 GMT Lines: 18 I have my system configured to be accessed from a multi-user Windows95 box using MS Exchange over the LAN, and it seems to be working pretty well... but: when e-mail addresses are set up correctly (e.g. jeanie@tomqnx.com) popper seems to pass them off to mail.local which rejects them as illegal local addresses (which they are, of course). But if I set the e-mail address as 'jeanie', I think that would be equally incorrect for the resultant address on a CC for example which a remote person might try to reply to. I am running 'smail' aliased as sendmail. Have I made any obvious errors? Any suggestions?
