You know, that was the first "childish" post in this thread. Congrats.

I think this is a pretty polite *discussion* of events that I don't
think I will truly understand all of (not having been around when
it happened, and not being privvy to the private email that caused
some of the problems). Let's not resort to name calling.

Present facts. You say he acted "childish". Give an example. Give us
background on the example. Be polite. 

Note that I am not supporting either side of the discussion (I don't
know enough to support either), but I *am* supporting a polite
discussion of it. Or silence (because I don't think anything will
be truly resolved at this point).
