Hiya,

Just a public thank you to Joerg Wunsch for helping me to get my X Windows going. Once
he explained that xdm is the X server and that the others are window managers the whole
thing fell into place in 5 minutes.

I'm sorry to say it, but Installing and Running FreeBSD from Walnut Creek is not real
clear on this point on page 97 so here is what I learned with Joerg's help in oerder to
get fvwm working.

Go to /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xinit, edit the the line that says twm & to fvwm & and comment
out any of the xterm lines you don't want other than the login one. Then just type startx
to get it functioning.

Again FressBSD is a great OS and I am enjoying hacking on it.
