The Logs show nothing, except that ppp took down a layer, and disconnected accordingly after 1-2 min (it says secs but its mins) after connection time.... Does anyknow know whats going on.... i thought it might be the serial port, but since i jsut bougt this fast serial card ( this is an external modem) and it's got a 16550A UART, i would think it would be more than capable of handling a 28.8. Thanks joel
