What do I have to do to get xcdplayer to play audio cd's on an external scsi cdrom drive? I get permission denied messages every second after the ap is invoked. I have tried to set the permissions of 644 and even 777 on cd0a and cd0c to no avail. I still get permission denied messages. The cdrom is scsi id 5 or 6. I can mount a cdrom with file system but cannot play an audio cd. Someone must have figured this out. Karl_Shepard@ccm.jf.intel.com
