I'm curious whether anyone else experiences the following problem.
About one time in ten, when I boot 386BSD and attempt to log in from
the console, the console and/or keyboard appears to be locked. However,
if I log on through a terminal connected to com2, and then su, the
console is freed. It's not absolutely crucial that I fix this, since,
as just mentioned, there's a simple ad hoc solution, but I _am_
curious about possible causes. Incidental data: Zeos 486dx-50, monochrome
vga monitor, modified kernel with ethernet drivers removed, 486 added.

                                   Cheers,
                                 J. Vevea
