I'm holding an old copy of a USENIX book "Unix System Manager's Manual"
ala (SMM). It is someone else's copy. Where do I obtain a set of
USENIX books? Are they available from CSRG/CSD @ Berkeley? I've
seen parts of this manual set in electronic form on various sites but
are the printed ones still available and from where? Thanks ...Mark
