There are several UNIX-likes that do hard real time, and I'd Under UNIX (tm), you'd be hard pressed to find the response you want. However, under UNOS, the real-time UNIX System V compatable OS by us here at Charles River Data Systems, you'd get what you wanted and more. We've been in the business for over 10 years and we are a complete OS, not a partial one (ie kernel only). Our OS supports standard network requirements such as TCP/IP and NFS along with RPCs and the usual UNIX Tools that developers are accustomed to. I'm not going to expend bandwith on a sales pitch. I only wish to inform.
