Under UNIX (tm), you'd be hard pressed to find the response you want.
However, under UNOS, the real-time UNIX System V compatable OS by us
here at Charles River Data Systems, you'd get what you wanted and more.

We've been in the business for over 10 years and we are a complete OS,
not a partial one (ie kernel only).  Our OS supports standard network
requirements such as TCP/IP and NFS along with RPCs and the usual
UNIX Tools that developers are accustomed to.

I'm not going to expend bandwith on a sales pitch.  I only wish to
inform.
