A few notes...

1) the proper syntax is something like /usr/sbin/dhcpd interface
   i.e.  /usr/sbin/dhcpd ed0

2) I had to have bpf's complied into the kernel to make it work.

I'm still new to DHCP and I'll let you know if any gotcha's come along.
