Subject: PCI video cards for BSDI 2.0?

I have BSDI 2.0 with patches.

I have just upgraded my system from a 486DX2/66 to a Pentium 133
and have now discovered that the bottleneck on performance in my
server is the EISA bus. I've got an Adaptec 1740 and a 3Com 579
ethernet card which are both pounding the EISA bus on this system.

Are there SCSI (preferably) or ethernet card products which are
for the PCI bus but are supported for BSDI 2.0? I think BSDI 2.1
added support for goodies like the Adaptec 2940, but I don't know
if version 2.0 has such support.

I suspect my system will run noticably faster with one or both of
these cards transferred to the PCI bus.

TIA!
