It's supported in FreeBSD-current, and now also in -stable (thus in 2.1.5), but for the latter, only CD-R devices that identify itself as ``WORM'' are supported. Unfortunately, the popular HP 4020i lies about itself and claims to be a CD-ROM. (-current has a method for a ``type override'', but -stable doesn't have it.)
