My ISP uses dynamically assign host&server addresses and I had problems
setting up to use demand dialling. I solved that so I thought I
would pass it on...

set ifaddr 0 205.222.333.1/24 255.255.255.0 (dst addr can be anything)
add 0 0 205.222.333.2 (This is the REAL address of his box)

Seems to work really well.
