Not me. My whole subnet is running on generic NE2000 clones purchased at 
computer shows for around $25 each for the recent ones.

Have you checked both the port address and IRQ settings? You can change 
both with the boot: -c option. Unless you have explicitly changed the 
settings, FreeBSD will assume 0x300 and IRQ 5 for ed0. It will check the 
port address during startup, but will assume the IRQ is set correctly. I 
always have to change mine, because I use 0x340 and IRQ 11 in most cases 
-- those are out of the way of anything else I use.
