Okay, I'm at a loss here ...

System: FreeBSD 2.1.release
16 MB of RAM
1 GB HD
IDE CD-ROM drive

I have set my kernel to use the ATAPI driver, and I've commented out
the drives but left the controller wcd0 in the kernel config file.

Whenever I try to access the CD drive, I get "Device not configured";
what am I doing wrong?
