Since you do already know the reason, and since you are apparently
also using FreeBSD to make money, why don't you simply make the same i
would do if i were faced with this question:

	cd /sys
	fgrep 'adjusted rtq_reallyold' net*/*
	<examine the files>
	<answer the Usenet question>

I generally don't have problems answering this kind of questions, but
i start to get a bad feeling when people don't even show the slightest
willingness to UTSL theirselves.  *In particular* (but not only then)
if they are using FreeBSD to make money.  (Get me right: we are also
using it in a commercial environment, but i don't expect others to
solve my problems arising out of this.)
