Try ignoring the above answer.  Even despite of the `@' typo, it's
useless.  Any otherwise unused SCSI ID will do it.

Try using a more recent version of the system.  As i understand it,
FreeBSD 2.1R used to have some problems with on-board AIC-7850's.
