FreeBSD 2.1.0 system with 128Mbytes (the MAXMEM kernel parameter has been used to build the kernel), what limitations are there on memorysize and datasize for processes kicked off in /etc/rc The default csh limit parameters suggest 64Mb but are they in use when running /etc/rc ? If not, what shell limits are in use during /ec/rc processing and how do you up them ? I hope this makes sense. Wayne
