To all readers of comp.unix.bsd.freebsd.misc

I am only new to this, so please excuse me if I sound ignorant.

Is it true that it is possible to get hold of a freeware (or shareware)
version of a UNIX clone operating system that runs on PC architecture ?

If so, could somebody please email me and let me know where on the WWW I
can get access to such a system.

Thanks,

Chris Akenfelds
