Check the second screen - do you see an I/O error or do you see a "file
not found" sort of error?

If it's the latter, then perhaps you simply made an error in copying
stuff to DOS and forgot the floppies directory. If it's the former,
then you've hit a bug which has sort of been our nemesis - certain DOS
partitions, and it appears to be size or geometry related, simply can't
be read from under FreeBSD and this is why the extraction fails. We're
working on a total rewrite of msdosfs to try and fix this, but I'm
afraid it doesn't help you much now. The best we (Walnut Creek CDROM)
could offer you in this case would be a refund as there's no known
work-around.
