I have turned on COMPAT_43 and COMPAT_IBCS2 in the kernel and sysconfig.
I can run the test program in /usr/share/examples for ibcs2. I also
did a MAKEDEV on socksys whose major is 41 and minor 0.  I also have the
SWIM 2.0
Motif runtime and dev.

I still get the following error for a network app however:
