My card configuration is 0x300 IRQ 10. Exactly FreeBSD kernel's requirement.

: Otherwise, there are 4 options:
: bad card

Well. win95 works very well.

: misconfigured kernel

Kernel detect my card. Its result are following
------
ep0 at 0x300-0x30f irq 10 on isa
ep0: aui/bnc/utp[*UTP] address 00:20:af:1e:02:d0 irq 10
------

: conflicts with another device

Well. I think there isn't.

: the kernel simply won't support that device

By FreeBSD... FAQ

------
`ep'' driver

3com 3c509 (Must disable PNP support on card)
------

What's the problem ?
