So what's the problem?

The horizontal timing values are measured in dot clock periods, so
1280 @ 85 MHz actually means 1280 / 85 MHz == 15.05882 µs.

The vertical timings are measured in line frequency periods, once you
know your line frequency, you should be able to setup these as well.
