If you got some sort of prompt (say Boot:), try typing things like '?' or 'help'. If that doesn't work, you could try typing 'sd(0,a)/kernel' or variations thereof If nothing helps, you could always go to the hardware manufacturer and try to get some solid history about the machine type etc. -- Brian <brian@awfulhak.demon.co.uk> Don't _EVER_ lose your sense of humour....
