AFAIK there are no PCMCIA SCSI Cards which have a BIOS you need to boot. Also, PCMCIA slots are not probed during the POST. : If not, anyone got other ideas ? Get a larger disk for the Laptop (like I did) and install the OS you have the most need for. Leave enough blank so that you can install a minimized system of the other OS you need an keep the rest on the external disk. In my office we have one Laptop with a 850MB Disk, this one holds FreeBSD and WfW as "full" Systems and a small system for Linux and W95.
