Summary: Banner page is not wanted...
Dear all,
I have had a problem with a banner pages being constantly printed.
It is wasting a huge number of pages and I can't seem to turn it off.
I have included a copy of my printcap file, and hope that someone can
see how to turn this off. We are using the direct Jet lpd on the printer, and
have given the printer an IP by BOOTP.
