i'm pulling my hair out trying to use the ppp program to call my isp and
get my FreeBSD connected to the net...

IP's are dynamically asigned..

What should I set my Hostname IP and domainname IP if I don't know what
my address is going to be?

I can connect and then I usually shell and type hostname
ip.address.assigned.to.me and I can connect to things off the net using
IP addresses, but it isn't looking it up in my dns....

Please respond in e-mail because I don't often get to check newsgroups
Thanks
