I am having problems installing FREEBsd on an IBM ValuePoint 425SX. I
canoot get XFree86 to work. This pc has an TS400 video controller with
1 Mb. of RAM. I am using an IBM 8513 (old) monitor. After is select
the X-User configuration I select 31.5 and 59.9 for the H and V
settings. I also select 49 for the generic TS4000 card. It does not
work guys! Also, I cannot install any additional software using
stand\sysinstall, it will not recognize the SCSI CD ROM. And finally,
I cannot reconfigure the kernel since the /usr/src/sys directory is
blank.

Help please!!

Paul
