Of course, you can change the active partition as well, so you won't even notice further that there's also a Winlose on the drive (except for the wasted disk space) ;-), but i figure that's perhaps not what you want... In order to rewrite the boot manager, the best option is to pick its distribution file (remember, this thingy is in no way FreeBSD-related, it's simply a separate boot manager that worked well enough so it was chosen to be offered inside the FreeBSD installation procedure).
