I tried to install Freebsd (one of many OS's) and came to the
conclusion that freebsd will not recognize my Intel PIIX
pxci IDE controller; when I try to install it (2.1.5) it
gives me a "no drives" error message. Is there a workaround?
I get the same problem when installing WinNT and other OS's.
