Yes.

I bought two Cyclades Cyclom 16-Ye cards (the ISA 16-port card), and
they both worked flawless at the default settings, after adding the
cy driver line to the kernel file (as described in man cy), and 
recompiling the kernel.

The PCI card (YeP) isn't yet supported in FreeBSD as far as I know
however.
