I tried e-mail, but it said you're an unknown user, so I'm posting...

Boot DOS and run BOOTINST.EXE which is available on the FreeBSD CD or
from the FreeBSD homepage or FTP site.  I used this to install the 
FreeBSD boot manager following my FreeBSD installation.
