I'm looking into these tape drives specifically : Exabyte Eagle 96 Internal (Floppy I/F - QIC3020/3010) Exabyte Eagle TR3 (Travan) Iomega Ditto 3200MB Internal (QIC3020/3010) It appears that both of the exabyte drives include interface cards which speed things up, and the Iomega includes a "Ditto Dash" accelerator. But I have no idea if they're supported by FreeBSD... I looked at the infopages JMB suggested, but unfortunatly they didn't say that this drive or type of drive was specifically supported. The URL for the eagle 96 is - http://www.Exabyte.COM/Products/Minicartridge/Eagle96/Rfeatures.html But they're not very helpful as they only list support for more commercial OSs. Can anyone help me? E-mail me at tgs@sirius.com or if you catch me on IRC I'm BiFrost... -- Mail Here Or Here.
