Okay.. I just picked up a Supra 288iPnP ( internal Plug n Play)...
after spending 4 hours or more do get the damn thing working on my machine
under windows 95.. and then another painful hour or two getting it to work
under dos ... I am very worried about it not working under FBSD.

This is a 486 VLB Non-PNP board. so things are a pain with this new PNP crap..
I miss the jumper days! ( ick.. hack..they were easier than this pnp crap)

Okay. now.. is it possible to get it to workd with FBSD or should I return
it for another modem.

Are there any 288's that aren't PNP? Also, they sell and external version
of this modem as well.. but it says its PNP as well.. how the hell something
external can be PNP is beyond me when thats taken care of by my MIO card..

Should I just return this and get the external version?
