my ccd partition seems has only one label -> /dev/ccd0c

is it possible to partition my /dev/ccd0 to
-> /dev/ccd0b (swap) /dev/ccd0e (regular use)

below is my disklabel -e /dev/ccd0c
and everytime it will complain about the " No disk label ",
any suggestion?

# size offset fstype [fsize bsize bps/cpg]
  c:   826880        0    4.2BSD        0     0     0   # (Cyl.    0 - 403*)

  File /tmp/EdDk.a001025 not changed so no update needed.
  disklabel: ioctl DIOCWDINFO: No disk label on disk;
  use "disklabel -r" to install initial label
  re-edit the label? [y]:
