We charge $20 a month for normal business webpages. I'm sure you could get an account like that on a local ISP. This might be just a start, later (perhaps) you could get a server config'd. For a WEB server you need (if you want ANY bandwith) a 56k connection to an ISP. You could run it on a PC if you had too. FreeBSD is not easy to get setup. You also would need to get a DSU / CSU plus Internic charges for domains if you wish. It is rather expensive. You could also put a FreeBSD or Linux machine on a local network at a provider, but that also requires some configuration..
