In the Section 5 of the FreeBSD Handbook (should be called Bible) it tells the user to look up the section of installing packages if the kernel source is not installed. Well guess what? That section is under construction. Can someone please construct the page so people new to the system, like moi, could learn about installing packages? I'm hoping to compile my own kernel but doesn't seem to have the source code. If no one wants to construct the page, could you just write me an email explaining it? I would be happy to construct it, if only I knew how! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Z. Huey Hu email: hu_z@uhdvx3.dt.uh.edu or ce_zhh@hal.lamar.edu
