I like it, it's like make him write 100 times on the blackboard "I won't
send stupid messages anymore"...

Well, that's kind of drastic. I mean, it would be a rather severe
punishment for simple stupidity. A kid reads the spam, thinks it's fun,
sends the message, and you send the NC Attorney General to his father. My
alternative could be: a kid etc. etc., you send a message to his ISP, they
freeze the account, the father gives him the swift kick in the butt he
needs and gets the account back, or changes ISP.
