The DA is very unlikely to nail some naive kid to the wall. Oh, I'm sure some DA would, but the vast majority wouldn't. They'd more likely put the screws to the kid to find out who pulled him into the pyramid, and so on, and then prosecute the people at the top. Now, having the DA put the screws to you is decidedly unpleasant; a very good lesson that you shouldn't mess with pyramid schemes. And since it is hard for us to tell if the poster is a kid or a slick con artist, I find reporting them to the cops a good idea. Your suggestion of reporting them to their ISP is also good. g
