I've installed the bootany.sys MBR on sd0 and it gives me the F1/F2 option to boot on either drive. When I select Win95, it boots up just fine. When I select BSD/OS the machine reboots without any notice whatsoever. I can boot to the Boot: prompt from the BSDI floppy, then do an sd(0,1,1,0)/bsd and it'll boot right up just like it should. All the docs & past mailing list archives have been no help. I'm using a BusLogic 445C VLB and have tried aha & bios boot blocks as well as fiddling with the card's settings, but never any different results. Any ideas? Ron.
