a) Etherexpress is not the same as Etherexpress PRO, and not the same
   as the EISA Etherexpress version whose official name I forgot.

b) the Etherexpress driver is called "ie", I think. It is NOT "ed".

c) for the ISA Etherexpress PRO/10, wait 'til NetBSD-1.2
