You know, I have an idea...

How about making a CommonBSD, which is _only_ userland stuff?  That way,
if NetBSD, FreeBSD, and OpenBSD are really interested in helping people,
the collection of common_userland + specific_userland + kernel makes
a full system.

This is not true at all.  You berate NetBSD every chance you get.  I
have seen this, as have others.  Hell, someone who didn't even know your
past with NetBSD asked me what was your problem.

But, in any case, I too would dearly like to see more cooperation between
the *BSD teams.  I'm willing to host mailing lists, and might even be
able to support it in some small way with a machine or disk space.  Dunno
yet, but if there is enough interest, perhaps I'll dig further.
