Sending faxs works OK, but receiving doesn't. Modem answers and the file is received and appears in the recvq directory, but the mail message I received says the file cannot be opened. Running fax2ps manually shows the following message... /var/spool/fax/recvq/fax000162: Can not open, or not a TIFF file. but file shows... /var/spool/fax/recvq/fax000162: TIFF file, little-endian version 42 tiffinfo shows the following warning... /var/spool/fax/recvq/fax000162: Warning, incorrect count for field "StripOffsets " (1, expecting 0); tag ignored. I am now stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Marc -- Marc Priebee Ph. 64 4 474-5857 Systems Engineer (Communications) Fax. 64 4 495-0473 EDS (New Zealand) Limited Email.
